You imagined this chapter of your life would look different.
Whether you’re struggling to conceive, navigating a difficult pregnancy, grieving a loss, recovering from a traumatic birth, or wondering why postpartum feels so much harder than you expected—you don’t have to go through it alone.
You’re in the right place.
Therapy for individuals and couples navigating the emotional complexities of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and parenthood.
Sound like you? You’ve found your people.
-You’re pregnant after a miscarriage and find yourself in an anxious spiral every day, wondering if your baby is okay.
-You’re newly pregnant and can’t seem to understand why you’re depressed when this is something you wanted.
-Or maybe you’re exhausted from appointments, waiting, meds, and dishing out thousands while being asked to stay positive when you’re anything but. Or you finally got the positive test, but instead of feeling excited, you’re terrified something will take the pregnancy away.
-You love your baby deeply, but you don’t feel like yourself—and you’re struggling to find your way back. Or maybe you’re even struggling to bond with your new baby because scary, intrusive thoughts are making that hard.
-You’re trying to survive a loss that changed everything—and navigating a world that seems to expect you to keep going.
-You love each other, but somewhere between sleepless nights and the invisible mental load, resentment is a problem and you’ve stopped feeling like a team.
Our therapists have advanced training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International, with additional specialized training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and EMDR for trauma-informed care. Our approach is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating mind, body, and spirit to help you understand what you’re experiencing and why—not just manage the symptoms.

Hi! I’m Ashley. I’m a perinatal mental health certified counselor and mom of 2! I started Re:birth is 2023 after my own experiences with miscarriage and ovulatory disfunction leading to fertility interventions to conceive. (Since then, I can also add a laundry list of prenatal and postpartum struggles to my perinatal journey, but I digress).
I struggled to find the care that I needed to feel more in control and supported during what was probably the hardest point in my life, and so I decided to open a practice full of the warmest and most special counselors, so we could help support our community members who were facing the same hurtles.
Many of the therapists at Re:birth have stories similar to mine, but of course those aren’t my stories to tell. My point is that at Re:birth, you’re not just clients who we schedule weekly and forget about. Your stories matter to us because at one point they were probably our stories, too.
I was looking for support to feel less alone, less afraid, and more hopeful about my future. I hope that we can do that for you.
If you’ve gotten this far, thanks so much for reading.

Everyone prepares for the baby. But who prepares you for becoming parents?
This Gottman developed workshop helps couples get ready for the parts of parenthood that don't always make it onto the registry checklist: the sleep deprivation, shifting roles, changed expectations, hard conversations, less time for each other, and figuring out how to feel like a team when you're both exhausted.
We'll talk about communication, conflict, intimacy, parenting roles, infant development, support systems, and how to protect your relationship while making room for this enormous new chapter.
Because having a baby shouldn't mean losing each other in the process.
To be seen is to be understood.
Pregnancy, birth, loss, infertility, and parenthood can bring up more than you ever expected. You deserve a place to put it all down.
