Do you accept insurance?
Some providers are in network with United Healthcare and BCBS commercial plans. We also take HSA/FSA. Providers not credentialed with insurance offer sliding scale pricing.
what about sliding scale?
If you do not have insurance and are without means to pay our full rates, we can come up with a sliding scale cost that might be more manageable for you.
DO YOU OFFER TELEHEALTH?
Yes, we do! Just make sure you’re in the state of Louisiana at the time of session, in a private location with a door, and have access to WiFi.
Can i bring my infant in session?
Absolutely! If you can’t find childcare, your baby is more than welcome in session.
is there a cancellation policy?
Yes! Each client gets one “grace” for a session cancelled within 24 hours, or a no-show. After that, you will be charged the price of one full session even if you are an insurance client.
Can i schedule online?
Absolutely! You can schedule and cancel appointments online using your Simple Practice portal or the app.
